East Clare Equestrian Centre

The East Clare Equestrian Centre is based in Tuamgraney, Scarriff, County Clare. A new 6.4m X 26m (210ft x 85ft) indoor arena, features restaurant and bar facilities, changing rooms and showers. Supervised tuition is available from a qualified instructor. All levels of experience are catered for, from beginners to advanced. Every Sunday from November to March, the East Clare Farmers drag hunt a variety of terrain in the East Clare area. The East Clare Riding Club is based at the centre for those aged over 17 years, who are interested in show jumping, dressage or cross country.

Loughrea Equestrian Centre

At Loughrea Equestrian Centre, we offer a range of tours and packages to individuals, families and groups of up to 15 people. There trails cover some of Ireland’s most stunning landscapes and waterways, from Atlantic coastal views to the breath taking Slieve Aughty Mountains, take a trip through time itself and discover the west of Ireland’s past and present.

Prefer more of a challenge? Test your skill on our diverse cross country course or improve your flatwork and show jumping in the large sand arena. With over 30 well schooled horses and ponies of all types, including Irish hunters, cobs, Arabs and Connemaras, we have suitable mounts for complete beginners, experienced riders, adults and children. All forest treks are guided and tailored to the rider’s ability, and qualified instructors are available for dressage, show jumping and cross country lessons.

Clonlara Equestrian Centre
Distance from Corlea House – 45 minute drive.

Clonlara Equestrian centre is situated in East Clare , 5km from Limerick city and 8km from the marina town of Killaloe. The riding school is situated on 130acres of farmland making it ideal for trekking. It host an international size indoor, an outdoor manage and stabling for 65stables.

we cater for all levels , whether its a showjumping lesson, a trek in the country a horse to go hunting or to enjoy a weeks pony camp while in ireland we cater for all. Clonlara is a family run business that prides itself on good facilites a good service and friendly staff.
